Powermac G4 problems


hello there,

owner of g4 power mac gigabite ethernet version. have installed new mobo , not start. fans stay on , runs normal, there nothing on screen totally black, boot sound not sound.

ideas ? have reset pmu clicking button.

in advanced replys
 

did make sure connections secure?

have gotten bad board or perhaps cpu dead.

did check of rails on powersupply? have bad line. although may action pressing powerbutton computer unable boot.

need help with itunes 7.7
