O2 upgrade question


my contracts in dads name, wondered if knew how upgrade work. dad not available until next week :-o wanted go myself tomorrow receipt , wondered if upgrade case of showing old receipt , them handing on phone?

your dad have upgrade. needed sign new contract, he's going entering new 18 month contract.
