Help! January Upgrade Problem!


i tried iphone method of installing 2.0 , didn't work of course... when erased , restored software giving me error


"itunes not install ipod touch software upgrade on ipod "ipod touch" because unknown error occured (-4)"

, when turn on ipod looks normal except january upgrade icons gone , unusable.

please -- need features!!!

need help with itunes 7.7
