faint click noise( mac 3 days old)


i keep getting faint clicking noise macbook. it's not speakers, seeing how muted , still hear it. it's coming on "return" key.

harddrive failure soon?
 

sometimes have minor noises macbook. however, when doing labor intensive. in case.. data. , make sure have protection plan.. yikes !

need help with itunes 7.7
