Entering new event/to do on MM web?


i new mm (a pc person!) set myself mm weekend, got working intermittently , tried enter new event or web. absolutely nothing happens. other options under little star (action) button work: delete, show/hide do, go date, go today). me ability of entering new info on web , have come iphone among alluring. expecting or place apple has screwed up?
 

have tried dragging make new event? works me.

need help with itunes 7.7
