Connecting to remote Macs and Windows and OSX machines


hi. use imac 24 inch, 4gb ram, latest leopard 10.5.4.

connect 2 machines friends:

1. 1 mac book pro. connection mac mac, hope easy? google search remote desktop etc keeps bringing rdc mactopia (microsoft). possible connect between 2 macs not on same lan or whatever, on either side of atlantic? how make sure our firewalls played along?

2. same thing, on windows machine. destination machine xp pro. firewall zonealarm. can connect , things on desktop did on windows "remote assistance"?

advice or pointers!
 

for windows 1 maybe microsoft's rdc?

need help with itunes 7.7
