Wired headsets - with boom mic ??


i'm replacing office phone iphone, , want able use on head headset boom mic, not bluetooth headset.
make 1 of these, there adapters out there convert old one?

current headset 2.5mm plug of course not compatible iphone 3.5mm socket. , although adapters convert plug sizes available online, don't know if convert standard plug iphone's multichannel socket.

please... anyone? anyone?

need help with itunes 7.7
