Screen Brightness wanders up and down by itself


i've noticed screen brightness increase or decrease itself. when press 1 of control buttons indicates 3 or 4 steps higher or lower (obviously allowing fact pressing control button moves 1 step anyway!)
have 1.8 sdd. love machine....but have ideas this. happens under battery power.

agent mac:

system preferences > displays > automatically adjust brightness ambient light changes.

turn on or off. it's battery-saving option. disable it.

need help with itunes 7.7
