another iCal sync problem


i've looked in other threads , haven't found specific problem, wondering if else has experienced it. iphone syncing mm , vise versa ical , mm not syncing in either direction. frustrating part if add events in either iphone or mm erased both because not in ical. events imported on initial sync mm. can't seem figure out.

need help with itunes 7.7
