Old iPhone and New iPhone ATT Plans - $160 mo?

seems at&t can't answer question...

have old iphone , new 3g , curious how pay.

- 700 minutes familytalk - $130 2 lines
- unlimited txt - $30 (for 1 line or both? confusing)

total of $160 month?

the $130 assuming have 2 iphone 3g, should $10 less since old iphone data plan $20. $30 unlimited text both phones.

need help with itunes 7.7
