o2 contract question


i'm looking @ getting £35pm contract £159 16gb iphone.
possible same phone on £45pm contract, thereby paying £59 phone, , change couple of months down line £35pm one? :confused:
 

you can downgrade £35 tariff contract after 9 months, save £10 overall, , gain minutes if you'd need them.

need help with itunes 7.7
