Finder and Mouse Scroll Speed


not mouse trackpad scroll speeds tends reset after alt-tab between programs. noticible when i'm playing wow , tab between wow , firefox.

recently, i've been having problem of dockbar locking up, rest of computer locks up. no alt tab possible, or different spaces.

have reset fix it. ideas?

need help with itunes 7.7
