i went local att store today , asked credit check wouldn't have on friday, unfortunately lady said today have again on friday. what?
didn't att in website come in , credit check done!!! i'm printing out info on att site , going in there.
update - spoke rep, said lady didn't know talking , needed start activation, credit-check, , save later.
why don't these att people know going on?
you realize in order at&t sales rep you're not required intelligent? there's nothing these people , i've learned if don't have answer they'll make 1 instead of asking else.
right , second at&t rep. can credit ran , file can save 30 days. had switch things around requiring me have credit ran. there problem report had clear (fraud alert) before go on. took 25 days , once done go , didn't need credit check. honestly, should have ran again because can ton of damage in 25 days, didn't.
