CPW incompetence = Cancelled order

yeah still want iphone after utter farce cpw i've cancelled order.

initial order placed monday, hadn't progressed tuesday morning called up, found out muppet on team had added additional address previous address history failing credit check. told i'd call within hour, no call back, called them again, i'd called end of day, there nothing do.

no call day, called mid-morning wednesday, apologetic, call me day work load has been high. strangely enough, no call back, called them yesterday morning, guy said oh see what's happened, deletes order , recreates, passes credit check (seriously why didn't initially??).

new order number, receive e-mail last night has been dispatched, cool. jump on tracking page morning, tracking number invalid, not cool, call them up, find out order hasn't been dispatched turning @ house on saturday, 2 problems, had asked delivered store, secondly i'm away weekend.

sit down think, spent 4 hours chasing handset, cpw aren't covering in glory, if it's hard phone how hard going to pac code, or cancel contract in 18 months, should wish, ok lets cancel order , complain. go onto website, online complaint form, fill in, hit submit, site crashes, not great, try again, same result, different browser, same result. call sales, can't order has been dispatched (city link's site disagrees), end waiting 15 minutes customer care, agent polite, offers help, wants check order, puts me on hold, in process kicking me main menu, 15 minutes of holding else, mention issue , want cancel order, oh can't have talk sales. talked them earlier in same call, couldn't me, surely after being on phone near 40 minutes can something, no, on hold, 10 minutes later sales guy picks phone, gets full blast of rage , frustration, , pulls finger out of arse , cancels order. hope, anyway see....

yeah, moral of story, cpw bag of ***** , i'm more happy wait few weeks , walk store , pick 1 up, wont cpw.
