Options for MBP HD


hi guys. have filled hd in macbook pro (100 gb). looking new hd asap. best options? don't want smaller 250 gb though i'd love hands on 1 of samsung m6 500 gb hds in france if has suggestions... :)

though, hds guys recommend? i'd love 320 gb 7200 rpm hd. possible? in 250 gb 7200 rpm? i'd love links hds know 250-320 gbs work in macbook pro. either going pay local authorized applecare service provider put hd in or friend has done own before put hd in. issue have applecare , know service provider there no risk of voiding warranty.
