Which cable for off camera TTL with D40?


i've done reading i'm confused weather need (or difference/advantage/disadvantage is) between pc sync cables , hot shoe cables in order sb 800 able use ttl mode d 40. cable i'll need?
 

for ttl sb800, think you'd want sc-28 ttl remote cord or perhaps sc-29 if want same thing addition of ir low-light focus-assist.

need help with itunes 7.7
