lost contacts and calendar on iPhone


synced iphone mac via usb cable last nite pick new podcasts, , contacts , calendar events missing on iphone. how can them back.

there way use iphone phone without getting e-mails it. i'm happy adding calendar events , contacts mac, plugging in , getting them way. i've had way many logistical problems mobile me, not mention battery getting chewed throughout day.
