Looking for a professional speakerphone/car mount/stereo interface


i've had older phones, figure must out iphone. want car dock, , once phone docked, want charge, play music through stereo , provide speaker phone functionality either through cables or bluetooth - don't want ear piece, want sound come through speaker or stereo, , voice picked bluetooth or hard wired mic.

able setup samsung i700 , palm pilot treo... know unit going cost 2-300 bucks , installation 200.

know of such thing, or 1 in development?
