Bootloader and Pwnage Question


ill first, ive read instructions , , have simple question.

installed legit 2.0 on original 2g iphone, when run pwnage asks 3.9/4.6 bl files, im wondering real quick, if go through jailbreak modify bl warrenty voided? dont want unlock, jailbreak since on at&t.

because asks if "you legit iphone user", thats determins if unlocks/changes bl version right?
