unless you're having visible performance issues, favor, close application reporting temperatures, , uninstall it. mac's not over-clocked gaming pc's. won't burn or explode. may run little hot @ first glance, these normal temperatures have been tested throughly. if fans running , it's not 105 degrees in room, you're safe.
