Ipod Touch music vanished - need help


hello,

turned on ipod today , 8g of music gone. had sync'd ibook, pc, mac (was verified when called apple support fine.) when tried sync again, new message comes "ipod can sync 1 library" a) not told when bought , b) worked fine 3 months sync'd 3 different computers. missing something? understand if clear when bought it, or if had not been using 3 months....now gone, , memory says 'free,' know music not somewhere else on ipod. ideas?
 

ipod touch music vanished - need too!

same thing happened myself. it's 32gb touch, , have had 3 months now.

have mac @ home , pc @ work. surprised able access music on work pc though it's mac formatted.

of sudden morning, docked it, , wasn't showing music. has happened before, reason being--i suspect--that computer getting bogged down other apps , 'forgot' populate music, because when eject , dock again, music there.

now, however, told have no music on ipod.

has gone? @ complete loss here.

oh, 1 other weird thing. don't quite remember how music had, it's telling me have no music, 27.76gb of 'other'.


in case matters, running 1.1.4 , declined 2.0 upgrade.

need help with itunes 7.7
