iPhone stuck on apple logo


my iphone crashed , stuck on apple logo on 20 min. tried plug itunes got no response , didn't show in itunes. how restore.
 

1. press , hold home button @ least 6 seconds, until application using quits.

2. if doesn't work, turn iphone off , turn on again. press , hold sleep/wake button on top of iphone few seconds until red slider appears, , slide slider. press , hold sleep/wake button until apple logo appears.

3. if doesn't work, reset iphone. press , hold sleep/wake button , home button @ same time @ least ten seconds, until apple logo appears.

need help with itunes 7.7
