FamilyTalk Plan Upgrade - Does main account holder need to be present

i'm upgrade iphone iphone 3g , i'm on iphone familytalk plan 3 other iphones already. when go upgrade, main account holder need present or me having ssn enough? on 18.

bring her, mother, hospitalized , won't out few months... :-\

 

if authorized member of account , have id you'll fine.
