Desperately need help getting my original iPhone back


after purchasing new iphone 3g, stupid enough upgrade old iphone 2.0 software , destroy old sim card. before doing had useful ipod touch equivalent, have unactivated phone won't squat unless sign pay $20 per month. i'd 5 year old able use old iphone listen music, watch movies, , play games.

can please tell me how phone working itunes, , running apps appstore without have pay cell phone service don't need?

think screwed here , use advice. many in advance!!!
 

you need sim card of sort. once 1 put 3g phones sim card original iphone , activate in itunes, put crap sim card original iphone, , 3gs sim iphone 3g.

need help with itunes 7.7
