Unable to make calls

im uk, bought jailbroken iphone updated 2.0 through itunes thinking 02 customer not on iphone tarif thought able use iphone way.
didnt work used pwnage 2.0 , phone alive able recieve calls not make any.

has else had problem , know need do?

need help with itunes 7.7
