two computers sharing external Hard Drives


i have g5 3 lacie external drives attached

need access these external drives white imac

both using leopard

have file sharing on both computers.
on g5 added 1 of externals 'shared folder' list & added user of imac-
doesn't work (imac not see external)
can add individual folders on external, don't want keep changing

advice appreciated
 

i'm not using leopard yet, on tiger, select "connect server..." in finder, type in ip address of mac external hd want connect to, , give me list of volumes that's connected machine.

method (i read somewhere) put alias of volume in public folder. i've never tried don't know if work.

need help with itunes 7.7
