MP4s not copying to ipod classic


hi i've got 21 mp4s refusing go onto ipod classic, error these videos not copied ipod because cannot played blablabla

thought ipods play mp4s?

tried converting them in itunes , came out white screen audio.. no :confused:
 

each ipod can play mp4s , m4vs, bitrate , resolution, if beyond have reconvert them. ffmpeg may best bet convert them, has presets ipod 5g, ipod classic, ipod nano, ipod touch, , iphone.

need help with itunes 7.7
