How to get previously sync'd photos off iPhone


anybody know how sync'd photos off iphone. sync'd bunch of photos iphone, hard drive on mac died copies of pictures own on iphone , want them onto mac (realizing smaller resolution originals...but @ least i'll have them).
 

i'm afraid need access file system, , won't until new firmware jailbroken.

need help with itunes 7.7
