External HD not working with iMac


i have 750gb external hd formatted ntsf. have lot of data on , when in osx can see files , copy them. can't write hd. because ntsf? should do? have bootcamp installed , vista. want able access , write hd in vista , osx, possible?
 

osx cannot write ntfs drives. solution can think of if have vmware or parallels running in osx , should able write it.

need help with itunes 7.7
