Address Book and VZ backup assistant


so verizon contract , i'm switching at&t.. plan on purchasing iphone 3g, trying figure out how import contacts chocolate. use backup assistant offer , can see contacts on account on site.. there anyway can import them address book on mac?

need help with itunes 7.7
