NOT another pro/con MMS thread...just a question

as title states not argument or against mms...just question regarding controversy:

have seen many comments steve jobs feels mms outdated technology , trying phase out "forcing" people use email. can point me actual evidence jobs has stated somewhere? article or interview maybe? i'm wondering if "jobs hates mms" theory myth. i've never seen actual statement directly him regarding this. seems if philosphy has been accepted without concrete confirmation.

maybe i'm missing something?

steve jobs didn't mention mms iphone 3g, support picture messages?

1 of disappointing aspects iphone 3g announcement lack of announcement surrounding mms, or picture-messaging acronym haterz. how jobs forget such important feature? when crummy old motorolas can send photos, it's surprising iphone cannot.

or can it? new details have emerged via internal email @ american carrier at&t regarding service sounds distinctly mms. users able attach several images, plus audio file , video normal sms. kind of like...oh wait, it...an mms?

hasn't been confirmed of course, sure put dampener on lists this.

looks iphone 3g support mms.
