Control in New Number?


this kind of at&t question, curious if have control on new iphone number last 4 digits or 3 different random numbers choose or randomly assigned you? did experience through activation?
 

when had signed @ apple store familly plan @ least gave me 2 numbers similar (last 3 digits different on our numbers)

dont knwo changing @ at&t... people @ apple said had no control on number

need help with itunes 7.7
