Stuck on Apple logo screen. Help!


so, other night macbook froze held down button shut off. when tried turn on stuck @ apple logo screen. stays on forever. left on hour , still shut off removed battery , left overnight. in morning still same! related hard drive? also, had disc stuck thought got removed it's still stuck on screen when turn on. please me! i'm little nervous!

in advance!
 

put in disk came mac , hold in c while boots run disk check disk utility, or conversely try diskwarrior 4, has saved me on many occasions.

need help with itunes 7.7
