Noobie question about iTunes


hi - i've bought ipod touch , going copy tunes on work pc.

however, if going run issues later on when home , try copy tunes macbook on touch well?

can ipod synch itunes on 1 machine?

one sync.
can copy music want external drive , bring home, import library, , sync new ipod touch , grab songs want.

need help with itunes 7.7
