ok got gps locate me outside, , in car. plus updates while im driving. question large blue transparent circle around blue gps dot on map represent? notice when mine defaults cell tower triangulation locate me button stays blue rather grey. mean?
 

the blue circle "here level of accuracy!" while might dot is, you're in circle.

when there's no circle, have greatest accuracy.
