Folders remain after erase HD with Disk Utility


i reinstalling os x on mac 1 volume on hd.i had 2 different volumes before realised wasnt best option me.

after doing 35 pass-erase (never again!) see there still 2 folders present on hd, info given in disk utility.
know how find these , are?

need help with itunes 7.7
