Will my old 350Mz G4 handle an upgrade to OSX3.9?


im running osx 3 (panther) on 1 half of partitioned hd (os9.2.2 on other) , i'm running short of space (obviously need new hd but....) question want install software convert streamed audio mp3 , says must have osx3.9 - clunky old g4 handle upgrade or expecting much? appreciated!

yes it'll run fine, better current version, minor upgrades don't require more cpu power.

need help with itunes 7.7
