My MacBook Air is dead, endless "You need to restart your computer. Hold down the..."


"you need restart computer. hold down power button several seconds or press restart button."

message everytime turn on macbook air , cannot past it.

1- tried restting pram, nvram , did not help.
2- since macbook air doesn't come cd/dvd drive tried remotely using disk utility repair macbook air hard disk following link: http://support.apple.com/kb/ht1492 .unfortunately after macbook air begins start mac os x install disc 1, getting same error message after couple of minutes.
3- tried start in verbose mode, system hangs after time can read folowing may of experts here rectify problem:

please bit more specific in providing details version of os 10.5 running , did before happened?

also... startup items , use time machine? if when last up... (in relation time problem started). backup successful?

use vmware or parallels...
