Me.com email working mac.com not working


i've had .mac account couple of years now, , has worked fine, until july 11th !!

cannot receive email using username@mac.com settings, username@me.com working.

on iphone username@me.com working calenders, contacts , bookmarks don't sync. set account on phone using username@mac.com , can sync calender, contacts , bookmarks still not receive emails sent username@mac.com.

2 problems:

1- can't receive email sent username@mac.com ( on iphone or mac computer )
2 - can't sync calender, contacts or bookmarks username@me.com

i've emailed apple had automated response far, have ideas ?

a lot of users still experiencing many problems new service. keep checking , send apple e-mail everyday until it's fixed.

need help with itunes 7.7
