what is the "SIM" tool for?


why need it?
didn't open box in store, opened @ home. also, minute updated info on handheld unit (apple guy) 1st gen iphone lost connection (no service) , new 3g (still in box) started getting service.

never switched sim cards... whats tool for?

need help with itunes 7.7
