iphone is stuck on syncing contacts


i did restore , everything, , seems stay on syncing contacts
 

my computer @ work awhile, believe. way able sync disconnect internet. had reach under desk , unplug ethernet cable. try doing either that, or turning off wireless , see if allows go through.

not practical solution, know. mine fixed somehow, believe.

need help with itunes 7.7
