Apps purchased on iPhone not transferring to iTunes


i have noticed annoying behaviour: app purchased iphone not appear in itunes library after synching.

workaround can see download apps within itunes.

big annoyance: if delete app iphone, copy on again each time sync itunes, until delete itunes.

why have ability delete apps on iphone if doesn't delete app?
 

i have found workaround in thread: in itunes, right click on iphone device , select "transfer purchases."

need help with itunes 7.7
