Entourage Shared calendar via exchange categories problem


hey guy,
first post.. yay!! :-d
alright.. buggin me..
company have main calendar jobs on it..
shared off pc via ms exchange server..
can view calendar on mac in entourage..
heres problem.. our jobs color coded in calendar weather there confirmed or not..
other pc's (running outlook) can view colored categories mac can not..

idea?

running office 2008... mac os x 10.4.11

need help with itunes 7.7
