address book plug in for X code


hello,
want make simple applicaiton adds first name , last name address book. have created new project standard apple plug in -> address book plug in objective c.
there 2 files sample.h , sample.m genrated.but not getting write code.
can tell me how start ? or write code in editor ? not getting anything.

need help with itunes 7.7
