Does Apple keep your repairs on file?


okay,
spilled water on ipod touch, sent apple repair, came rejected because said had water damage.

if let dry in sun week, send again, know sent first time? under different apple id, under same serial number.

 

i believe apple keeps of repair information tied serial number rather user.

need help with itunes 7.7
