Can't preview in Dreamweaver


this kicking butt. i've got apache running on mac osx 10.5.2 w. dreamweaver cs3. can no longer preview in dreamweaver via browser. this:

forbidden
don't have permission access /~biks/anypage.html on server.

worked longest time. works dreamweaver on laptop, not on desktop. yup, i've check permissions command i, etc. i've got 1 account on computer.
 

have made sure "web sharing" still checked in sharing in system preferences? may have gotten unchecked.

need help with itunes 7.7
