Newbie ? on using Pwnage 2.0 on 1st gen IPhone


i have 1st gen iphone , used ziphone unlock, jailbreak etc. , working great now.
reading stuff getting bootloader files ? , .bin files??
kinda lost newbie..
i:

download these files hearing on:

tells me must have firmware & bootloader files???????

or
1.just plug itunes , let upgrade
2. keep plugged in , start pwnage tool , go , let thing??

need help with itunes 7.7
