Help: how to unlock an unregistred and unactivated iphone


i recenty bought locked iphone , want unlock before start using it.

issue person sold me iphone restored before sold me. in order use @ all, have register iphone thru itunes & att, have account not wish renew contract.

know of tools or services can unlock restored, not activated iphone?

need help with itunes 7.7
