Anyone actually fixed sync issues or gotten help from Apple support?


i have been not been able sync mobileme ... imac @ home, or work computer on exchange. have tried can think of (the thing i've been able mm push new contacts exchange work computer, no other syncing has happened).

also, last 2 days, if add new contact or calendar entry in mm via web interface, mm deletes immediately.

have seen lots of posts here similar issues, wondering if has gotten resolved. if so, what's secret?
 

i have been on chat support apple on 30 minutes. there box open in safari browser says me in 2 minutes, wait, 3 minutes, 2 minutes, 1 minute... has been happening on 30 minutes. not impressed.

need help with itunes 7.7
