my mac pro wont boot if 750gb is in it


ii tried installign freebsd on when retsarted amc go white/grey screen,but if take out 750 gh hd boots form main boot disk,is 750gb toasted?
 

put 750 gb in , turn machine on while holding option key down (alt), give boot select menu. if brings menu seems stuck without doing ages put in , hold c button down after pressing power button boot disk. once you're os x or os x installer, you'll want system preferences , set startup disk macintosh hd 1 (the freebsd install set startup volume). may want use disk utility sort out 750gb drive make more useful anyway. if doesn't work i'm afraid don't know suggest! :(

need help with itunes 7.7
